Try a new twist on this classic Italian dish, which packs a number of health benefits.

Pesto Ingredients:

  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp high quality full-spectrum CBD oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • Salt and pepper

Pasta and Chicken Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 diced fresh tomatoes
  • 6 ounces penne pasta
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper

Making the Dish:

Place all pesto ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Put blender in fridge (or transfer pesto from blender into a bowl and place in fridge) and let chill for 30 minutes.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add pasta. Cook to desired texture, though a little past al dente is recommended.

Cube the chicken breast. Add olive oil to a saucepan, toss in chicken, and begin to sauté. Continue cooking chicken until cooked through, but not overcooked. Add spices to the saucepan while sautéing.

When the pasta is ready, drain and toss it into the saucepan with the chicken.

Next, add in the pesto, diced tomatoes, and fresh parsley. Mix gently but thoroughly. Finish it off with a bit of fresh parmesan, a squirt of lemon, and bit of finishing salt.

It is easy to make and an absolutely delicious dessert after dinner to help me relax. I have used various brownie mixes, but Betty Crocker’s Milk Chocolate Brownie mix is my favorite.

beeZbeeCBD Chocolate Caramel Brownies

  • 1 box of Betty Crocker Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 stick of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 beeZbeeCBD Original Caramels


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place milk, oil and egg in a medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix. Stir until well blended. Cut each beeZbeeCBD Caramels into small strips.
  3. Spread ½ of the brownie mix into the prepared pan. Place the beeZbeeCBD Caramels into the brownie batter in the pan. Pour remaining brownie batter on top.
  4. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes making sure to not overbake the brownies.
  5. Cool brownies completely in the pan before cutting.

Smoothies are great because you can easily measure how much CBD is being used, and it is easy to switch up the flavors. A simple five ingredient smoothie is a banana peanut butter smoothie. CBD has an earthy taste, and using naturally sweet ingredients such as honey, dates, and peanut butter will help balance those earthy flavors.

Just as important as flavor balance is getting the right dosage. Knowing how much you need or can handle is a key factor in getting the most out of CBD infused foods. For smoothies, Hemp Extract Powders or CBD oils are best because each method provides tools that make measuring easy and are easy to blend into any mixture.

CBD Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1-4 dates (adjust to desired sweetness)
  • 5.3 oz Greek yogurt (Chobani’s Banana and Oat or vanilla)
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • A dose of your preferred CBD oil or hemp extract powder

Blend, then top with honey before serving and enjoy!

These Guilt-Free CBD Infused Chocolate Cookies are soft and just melt in your mouth. They taste like a brownie. There is a lot of chocolate and a little full spectrum CBD oil in them, and it tastes phenomenal. These are probably the best chocolate cookies I’ve ever had!

Ingredients for 20 cookies:

  • 220 g dark, chopped chocolate
  • 5 mL (or 500mg) CBD oil
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup (gluten-free) flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 320 g cubes dark chocolate (I added 40ml milk)


  1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees.
  2. Melt butter with 225 g of chopped chocolate and CBD oil in a pot. Combine the CBD oil and the softened butter. When the chocolate dissolves, set aside to cool.
  3. Fit a bowl to a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla on high speed until the mass is light and fluffy.
  4. Then reduce the speed of the mixer and add melted chocolate. Mix for a moment and add 2/3 cup flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined. The consistency of the dough should be thick, but pouring. (The dough put on a spoon should slowly flow to form patterns. If it melts immediately, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of flour.)
  5. Cut the remaining chocolate into small chunks and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Now the mass should be very thick and difficult to mix.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange cookies on it.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

After baking, the cakes will be shiny and cracked from the top. We don’t bake them any further because they will be too hard. Enjoy!

  • 2/3 cups apple cider
  • 5 ounces vanilla vodka

  • 1 Tbsp simple syrup

Recipe Preparation:

  1. To mix your cocktail, fill a cocktail shaker halfway to the top with ice.

Guacamole is a simple dish that many people count among their favorites. When people gather for a party or to watch the big game, chances are that guacamole will make an appearance. I like to combine my daily CBD regimen with my low-carb guac and get a powerful punch of low-carb cannabidiol goodness. Not only is guacamole delicious, but it’s also easy and quick to make.


  • 3 avocados – halved, peeled, and pitted
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1 egg

Preheat the oven to 330 degrees. Simply mix the butter, sugar, baking soda, flour, and salt before incorporating the remaining ingredients, leaving the chocolate chips for last. Drop large spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to darken. I feel people often overthink cooking with cannabinoids because you can include them in any recipe that includes some kind of fat, like oil or butter. For me, it’s most important to make sure you use a clean, quality, and full spectrum concentrate, and then secondly what you are making.

These black bean brownies are also vegan, thanks to black beans and flaxseed eggs replacing the traditional ingredients.

To add an extra health kick, you can also substitute cane sugar with maple syrup or honey, and use coconut oil instead of butter. Finally, sprinkle nuts of your choice over the top to create the ultimate healthy brownie that can pretty much replace a regular meal due to its high nutritional content.

The best part is that they actually taste identical to regular chocolate brownies, just keep in mind to tell people they are CBD-infused before they start eating them!

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 6 ounces (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 33 mg Lokus© Full Spectrum CBD Oil (about 2 droppers) for each individual serving


  1. To a large bowl, add 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Beat on high until fluffy and thick, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat 1 cup heavy whipping cream until hot to touch or about 135 degrees F. Make sure it’s not too hot, as it could scramble the eggs in the next step.
  3. With the handheld beaters on low, ever so slowly, drizzle the cream into the whipped eggs. Go slow; you don’t want to scramble the eggs. This gently brings the egg temperature up to the cream temperate, a little at a time.
  4. Pour the combined mixture back into the pot. Heat on the stovetop over low heat.
  5. Stir continuously until thickened, about 5-8 minutes. During this time, a thermometer should read 150 degrees F. Do not heat past this point. You may need to adjust your stovetop to lower or higher the temperature slightly. If you do overheat the mixture, run it through a fine mesh strainer to remove any egg lumps. The eggs will be fully cooked at this point.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, mixing until fully combined and smooth.
  7. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until thickened.
  8. Remove from refrigerator. In a bowl, beat 1 cup heavy whipped cream until soft peaks form.
  9. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mousse until fully combined.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  11. To serve, pour 1/3 cup chocolate mousse into a cup. Stir in 1-2 droppers of Lokus CBD oil.
  12. Garnish with raspberries, mint leaves, and shaved chocolate chips.

  • 1 tsp CBD powder (20 mg CBD)


  1. Brew 6 ounces of black tea – I prefer English Breakfast Tea. Chill tea.
  2. Peel, core and slice apple into pieces.
  3. Peel and cut a banana into pieces.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  5. Pour into two 8-ounce glasses.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add a straw and serve.

Yields 16 ounces.
